Service

Renovations,
Rehabs, and
Rescue Work.

When another contractor walked off the job or left it wrong, Foothills comes in, assesses the damage, and fixes it.

Three Types of Renovation Work

01

Commercial & Residential Renovation

Full interior and exterior renovation for commercial properties, residential homes, and mixed-use buildings. We gut, rebuild, and finish to code and to spec.

02

Steel Building Rehab

Existing metal buildings degrade, get damaged, or fall out of code compliance. We assess and rehab the structure — roofing, skin, framing, doors, and foundation — to restore it to full function.

03

Rescue Work

Another contractor started the job and walked away. Permits are open. Work is incomplete or done wrong. We step in, assess the existing work, develop a recovery plan, and finish what was started.

Common Questions

Renovation FAQ

Can you take over a project that another contractor abandoned?

Yes — this is one of our core service areas. We step in, assess what was done, identify what needs to be corrected or completed, and develop a clear recovery plan before any work begins. Open permits, incomplete framing, botched rough-ins — we've seen it all.

Do you handle commercial and residential renovation?

Both. We renovate commercial facilities, industrial buildings, and residential properties. The scope might range from a single room gut-and-rebuild to a full structural overhaul.

What is steel building rehab?

Pre-engineered metal buildings degrade over time — roofs leak, panels corrode, doors fail, and framing gets out of alignment. We assess the full condition of the structure and repair or replace components to restore the building to full function and code compliance.

How do you assess an existing damaged structure before quoting?

We conduct a thorough on-site assessment: existing conditions, structural integrity, code compliance issues, and the scope of work required to bring it back up to standard. You get an honest assessment before we quote anything.

Will you tell me if renovation isn't worth it?

Yes. If tear-down and rebuild is the smarter path financially or structurally, we'll tell you that. We'd rather lose a renovation job and gain your trust than take on a project that doesn't serve your interests.

Need Rescue or Renovation Work?

We assess, plan, and deliver. No guesswork, no surprises.
