Steel Building Rehab

Existing metal buildings degrade, get damaged, or fall out of code compliance. We assess and rehab the structure — roofing, skin, framing, doors, and foundation — to restore it to full function.

Rescue Work

Another contractor started the job and walked away. Permits are open. Work is incomplete or done wrong. We step in, assess the existing work, develop a recovery plan, and finish what was started.

How do you assess an existing damaged structure before quoting?

We conduct a thorough on-site assessment: existing conditions, structural integrity, code compliance issues, and the scope of work required to bring it back up to standard. You get an honest assessment before we quote anything.

Will you tell me if renovation isn't worth it?

Yes. If tear-down and rebuild is the smarter path financially or structurally, we'll tell you that. We'd rather lose a renovation job and gain your trust than take on a project that doesn't serve your interests.
