What Is a Pre-Engineered Metal Building?
A pre-engineered metal building uses a structural frame of red-iron (hot-rolled steel) I-beams manufactured to the exact specifications of your project. The components — frame, purlins, girts, panels, and roofing — are engineered off-site and assembled on your property by our licensed erection crew.
Unlike pole barns, which rely on wood posts driven into the ground, or standard metal carports, a true red-iron steel building is engineered to local wind and snow load codes. That means it's built to last, it adds real value to your property, and it appreciates over time rather than deteriorating.
